REGISTRATION

 

Q: How can I register for the conference?
A: Registration is strictly via the website.

 

Q: Why do I need to submit my full NRIC?
A: Submission of full NRIC is required for the participants who are claiming for funding and the information will only be used for the purposes of grant administration, validating Training Programme outcomes, fulfilling audit/legal/reporting requirements and analysis of data and statistics and formulating and reviewing of relevant employment or social welfare policies. It is a requirement by the funders. We seek your understanding and cooperation.

For e2i Training Grant participants, your NRIC will be collected at the onsite registration on the day of the conference.

For EIPIC Staff who will be tapping on the NCSS Professional Capability Grant (PCG), your organization admin will collate the data for the Secretariat. 

Your consents will be obtained when registering at the website.

For  more information,  you may refer to the PDPA Guideline clause 3.13b. The personal data will only be used for the purpose of conference registration and obtaining grants.

Q: How will my personal data be handled?
A: Personal data will be stored in secure systems accessible only to relevant members of the organizer. For full NRIC, once the claims have been disbursed, the data will be deleted.


Q: Can we register as a group? 
A:
Group registration is not available, as each participant will need to choose his/her own breakout sessions.


CHANGES, REFUND, & CANCELLATIONS


Q: I have registered but unable to make it. Can I transfer the registration to another person? 
A:
Yes, a replacement delegate may be arranged if payment has been received in full of the following conditions:

 

Q: If I fell ill on that day, can I have a refund or send another participant?
A: Unfortunately, the fees are not refundable and last minute changes are not encouraged.


Q: Can I change breakout sessions on the day itself?
A: Change of breakout sessions are subject to availability and up to the organising committee’s discretion. At least 2 week’s notice is required via email to  enquiries@eiconference2024.sg.


PAYMENT, FUNDING, & ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT


Q: What fundings are available?
A:
We have different fundings for different categories of participants. Please read the Registration and Attendance Requirement details carefully to avoid any administrative errors.
For both PCG and e2i grants, the attendance requirement is 100%. Due to conditions set by the funders, you might be required to log your attendance via several avenues. Please read the Attendance Taking column for more details.

 

*If personal account is used with the promo code, we will be unable to verify your employment status and your registration will be cancelled. You will be informed to re-register with your work email.

Q: Is there a refund policy?
A:
There is no refund for paid registration. However, you can change participant 7 days prior to the event by writing in to enquiries@eiconference2024.sg.


Q: For refunds of payment made via the website, will the admin charge be refunded?
A:
No, for refunds, administrative charges will not be refunded.
